The baby boy is 9 months old now! How did this happen? How did he go from a helpless little blob in my arms to this crawling, pulling, laughing baby with preferences and personality? Here are a few things about our little dude at 9 months:
- He LOVES story time. He gets excited when he sees me go to his bookshelf. His favorite book now is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Good choice, son. Good choice.
- He can pull himself up on furniture and can even stand on his own for a few seconds. He thinks he is pretty awesome because of it. I'd have to agree.
- He has found the refrigerator magnets and likes to pull them off and put them on again. He has tried to put them on other surfaces (the garbage can, the wall, the oven) with only minimal success. It's so fun to see his mind work.
- He is really easy going. I can move him or redirect his attention if he is getting into something he isn't supposed to and he rarely protests. Except when I take him away from the computer tower. Like father, like son.
This motherhood thing is the hardest thing ever, but also the most amazing/rewarding/satisfying job on the planet.

He is SO cute! Seriously, his blue eyes are incredible!
I am having the exact same problem with Lucas and the computer tower. No matter how many times I move him away he doesn't seem to get the point. We've had to block it off by putting the play pen or other heavy things in front of it. Boys! :)
