pasta shells florentine

10 oz. frozen spinach
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
2 T. parmesean cheese
2 egg whites
1 box jumbo pasta shells, cooked
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce

Mix cheeses, spinach and egg whites. Stuff into cooked shells and arrange into a 9x13 pan. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
