Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1 t. baking powder
1 T. white vinegar
1 T. olive oil
pinch of salt
1-2 cups milk
Directions:
Mash bananas in large bowl. Add everything except milk. Mix well. Slowly add milk until appropriate consistency is reached. Bake on heated griddle.
Top with fresh fruit and a sprinkle of powdered sugar!
